Hello out there fellow journeyers. Did I just make up a new word? Not sure, but think you know what I mean. I got so much positive feedback from my post last night. The happy tears were just under the surface as I read some of them. When I hear from you it helps me in more ways than you know. It lets me know I am where I am supposed to be, doing what I am supposed to be doing. This really is a calling to me now and one I take very seriously. Please feel free to contact me anytime. I love hearing from my readers. Yesterday I started enlisting help from the group's I'm in to help me name my outfits. Decided to do that for awhile. It makes it kind of fun. For the second day in a row the winning name was submitted by Jo Ellen Katczak. It is, ” Smoking Red Hot Chili Pepper!” Way to go Jo.
The jewelry I am wearing with this ensemble is a set that I made. The earrings are so pretty I thought I would show you a close up of them. I really like them.
I am so going to miss being able to use the outdoors as a backdrop for my pictures. Hope to find some places where I can use the fall colors as backdrops. The ring you see me wearing is another of the rings I purchased from a jewelry artisan. I can custom order what I want and they are just so unique and totally made from scratch.
Went with a black FitBit band that has a leaf design and used the white BandCuff.
If you are here reading this you obviously took the first step in the journey, deciding to become a healthier fitter version of you. As I was reading some posts from the various groups I am part of,as well as my own,I was struck by the despair that is felt by some who have posted recently. They are just beginning their journey and I can tell in reading their posts that they are overwhelmed by the large amounts of weight they need and desire to lose. They feel like it is an impossible task. They don't feel good about themself and let others make them despair even more. I hope that what I write tonight from my heart and soul will help in some small way. I dedicate this post to all the people out there who need hope and inspiration. Know you are not alone.
If it is possible, print the graphic above. I'm pretty sure you can grab it from the blog and save it so you can print it. Put it where you can see it every day. To stay and endure in this journey you first must want it, but you must believe you can do it. When you believe in yourself anything is possible.
I am not endorsing any product here, but the words and thoughts you see in the above graphic are VERY important. Do you have enough self esteem , no matter where you are on the scale to believe you can do the things you need to, to be successful in this journey? Do you believe you deserve it? If you don't,you need to start by turning that around. Understand that God wants you to be the best you can be in every way. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are important. You are beautiful in God's eyes. When you understand that, you will know that you deserve everything that was meant for you; that includes a body that you feel good about and all that goes with it. You deserve to be fit and healthy and full of life. Start believing and then you will start doing.
You can become this girl. You can have the inner beauty that is enunciated in the graphic above. Wake up every day and believe. Start putting those beliefs into actions. Show the world around you a new confident strong woman, one they haven't seen before. Sure this journey may be long, it may be hard; it most probably will be. There will be good days and bad days, but you have the strength and determination you need when you JUST believe in yourself. Start showing the world the new confident you. Work hard every day. Do all the things you need to do with your food plan and your exercise program, but while you're doing that, learn to love yourself wherever you're at.
I'd like to close with this. Tell yourself this each and every day. You are beautiful. Now you have just decided to become a healthier, happier, and fitter version of you. Own it, rock it, live it!!! Till next time, God Bless.
