It’s another new day here in Carol’s Corner. Let’s make it a great one. Loving all the pictures we’ve been taking outdoors. They just make awesome backdrops. I’ll be kind of sad when we have to stop doing them. We took these out front of our house by one of the two trees we have by the roadway there. I really like this outfit for this very warm summer day. I’ve used this white skirt for quite a few different ensembles. It’s a very versatile summer piece. The blouse is just so soft and feminine. I decided to go with real glitzy accessories. Calling this,” All Glammed Up.”

I love this bracelet and they go perfectly with my earrings. And I know you’ve seen this gorgeous ring before. I wear it whenever I get the chance.

And you know I always have to find just the right FitBit Combo.

I’m just loving all these pictures using the tree as the backdrop. It just looks so unique and creative. I still am so excited that I found this watch. I love it.

Are you going through a rough time in some area of your journey? Are there days you just want to give up? I think at some point if we are being being honest with ourselves, we have to answer with a resounding yes. We have times where everything goes just the way we want it to and we think we’ve got this licked. We let things slide a little and all of a sudden we find things have gone in the wrong direction. It seems to have happened so fast that it makes our head spin. Does any of this sound familiar to you? It is during times like this that we find out what we’re made of. For me personally right now, I’m going through a rough patch and I haven’t quite gotten back on track as far as my eating goes. Thank God I keep on hitting my exercise regimen hard. I can’t let my weight get more out of control. I guess it’s because of how much I work out that my clothes seem to still fit. But I know I have to start being much more serious about my food choices. I can’t let myself feel defeated and give up. We ALL need to heed what the above graphic has to say whenever we start to despair. Whatever we’re going through is only a temporary condition, but if we give up, that is what makes it permanent. The actions you take will dictate which it will be. Choose wisely. Even though I am currently struggling I will NEVER give up. I will never except defeat EVER again. Don’t yourself accept it either. We are in this struggle together, and with each other’s support and guidance we will come out the other side, stronger and better for it.

I love this. We don’t have to be down on ourself when we fall or stumble. Such is life . It is inevitable that at some point in our journey we will. We just have to prepare ourselves mentally as well as physically for when that time comes. It doesn’t matter how many times we fall. The only thing that matters is whether we get back up. Some of life’s greatest lessons come from the times we stumble and fall. We learn the value of persistence and commitment to a goal, even in the face of adversity. We learn our strengths as well as our weaknesses. Don’t be afraid to fall, but when you do,no matter how many times you do, have the courage to get back up and find just where your greatest glory lies. I will not let this setback define me, I will just let it make me a stronger person for it. What will you do?

I’d like to close with this. Is there an obstacle in your way right now? Are you letting it stop you? Are you on the verge of giving up? DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!! You are stronger than you realize. Think things through. You will find a way to break through that wall, either on your own or with the help of each other. We can do this. So let’s do this. Let’s smash through every obstacle that gets in the way of realizing all our goals and dreams. Let’s make this last quarter of 2015 the best we can possibly make it. We can,we will! Till next time, God Bless!
