Well here we are again, back at Carol’s Corner. I want to thank all my followers and all the people who have been reading my Blog. . Can’t believe it’s been 31 days since I had the courage to begin this phase of my journey. I had been feeling for quite awhile now that God was trying to tell me,”This is your gift, find a way to use it to help the people who might be needing it.” Every day since I started my weight loss journey and began being successful , I wanted to share it with others. I wanted them to be able to feel the same awe & wonder, and joy , I did , when I looked in the mirror and saw the new me looking back at me. This is what I want for you my readers. God has given me the gift of being able to communicate through the written word, and a compassionate heart, that truly wants to help others achieve the goals they have they have set for themselves on their own journey. I want to be of service to you my readers. I want to motivate, to inspire, to help you achieve your dreams. I want you to know you’re all important in God’s eyes and that you CAN succeed in this lifelong journey that we’re all on. Anytime there is a topic you would like to be discussed, please let me know and I will try and cover it to the best of my ability. It’s in the back of my mind 24/7 that I have to find something each day that one would find to be helpful, so it is up to you , my readers, to let me know what you need. As the saying goes,” Your wish is my command”. So I expect to hear from you. The topic I’ve decided to touch on today is perseverance. Say for instance you might have had a bad day, a bad week, or God forbid a bad month. What will you do? Will you just give up because the going got tough? Or will you be the person who persevere’s , who sees the big picture? It is times like these when we need to take a step back, take a deep breath and just start over. Think of each meal, each day, each week as a new beginning, a new opportunity to find success. Reach deep down inside yourself and find the strength that is there. You have it. You just need to find it. Believe that you can achieve your dreams. Stop looking backward, just look forward; forward to a new you , a healthier , and happier you. Believe in your heart that you have it in you to reach the goals you set for yourself when you began this journey. Challenge yourself, recommit yourself when you get off track . There is no such thing as failure on this journey. The only way you can fail is if you flat out give up and stop trying. So take a deep breath and remember why you embarked on this journey in the first place. Get help and support where you know you can find it. So today vow to always look to the future, to every success you will achieve if you only believe and harness the greatness each of you possesses inside yourself. Believe and you WILL make it happen. Remember, slow and steady win the race!!! Now on to my newest success. As some of you know I recently received an early Christmas present from my kids , a FitBit Flex. Today was a new milestone for me.

I might never reach this again, and tomorrow I might have trouble reaching my 10 ,000. No time for a workout like usual. I’ve been working on this for hours . When I was almost done, I accidentally hit something that deleted what I had done . I then had to recreate in my mind the whole thing. Hopefully I still did the topic justice. Now just for some fun thought I would post some pics each day of my Christmas decorating. Enjoy!

Tomorrow will have more of my dining room and after that will move on to some of the others. Hope you enjoyed this edition of Carol’s Corner. Remember persevere when the going gets tough. Believe in yourself and you can make miracles happen. Till next time God Bless.
