Welcome back to Carol’s Corner . Thought I was going to get this done early, but it didn’t work out that way. The best laid plans and all!! This was my traveling outfit on Thursday. Called this one,”The Blue Skies Of Summer”.
Love the jewelry for this and my FitBit Combo.
They pick up all the colors you so subtly see in this blouse.
So let’s get busy with the conclusion of the HMR Diet, which I must say here, would not be one of my choices. My feeling is that you have to live in the real world and learn how to eat and prepare real food on a daily basis, as well as being able to eat when you go out. But you must decide what is best for you.
How Much Does It Cost?
The initial three-week starter kit costs $295 (with free shipping when joining the program). The standard two-week reorder kit costs $180. Individually shakes, cereal and soup run roughly between $2 and $2.50 a serving. Entrees cost $3.65 per serving and can be ordered online. You’ll save costs in the meat and processed-foods section of your grocery store , while possibly spending more money than you used to in the produce section.
Does the Diet allow for Restrictions and Preferences?
Customizing the HMR Diet is easier for some preferences than others. For instance, if your vegetarian you could order meatless entrees.( remember there will be a link at the end of today’s presentation and you can read further ).
What is the Role For Exercise?
The goal is to burn off 2,000 calories or more with physical activity each week, building up as quickly as possible. Strategies include spreading out activity in short amounts throughout the day and doing moderate-intensity exercise such as walking, swimming, dancing or using a treadmill at a moderate pace. Walking is most popular among HMR clients. It would take a 225-person about 36 minutes of walking per day at an average pace to meet the goal, according to the brochure. Tracking your own physical activity as well as food intake is part of the program. Physical activity lowers your risk of heart disease and diabetes, helps keep weight off and increases your energy level. Most experts suggest getting at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise like brisk walking, most or all days of the week.
