Welcome back to Carol’s Corner. Hope you enjoy the time you spend here. Having a great time here at my daughter’s in Pennsylvania. My picture today is in front of their tree . Just got this really cool top at a sale at Ann Taylors. This is the closest thing to a sweatshirt you’ll see me in. The material is so soft and nice. I call this outfit casual bling. Tonight we went to an amazing Place called Koziar’s Christmas Village. Before we get into our discussion tonight, going to post a few pictures from there.

The second picture is a view before you come in the place. It is just an awesome sight. I love everything Christmas so this was really cool. There is some form of exercise out there for everyone, you just need to find it. Need more convincing to exercise? Well check out the seven ways exercise can improve your life. We’ll start with number one and work our way down. The number one reason , is exercise controls weight. The more intense the activity , the more calories you burn. You don’t need to set aside long periods of time to reap the benefits of weight-loss. When you can’t fit in a workout, get more active throughout your day in simple ways , take the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car further away when you go shopping, rev up your household chores, anything to make yourself be more active. The number two reason ,is that it combats health conditions and diseases. Who wouldn’t want that? Worried about heart disease, trying to control blood pressure? No matter what your current weight, exercise boosts good chloresterol and lowers unhealthy triglycerides. This one-two punch keeps your blood flowing smoothly and decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. Regular exercise can help manage a wide range of health problems and concerns such as : stroke , metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain types of cancers, arthritus, and falls. So many reason here to get active. Number three , is exercise improves moods. Need an emotional lift, or need to blow off steam after a stressful day? A workout at the gym or a brisk thirty minute walk can help. Physical activity stimulates brain cells certain that may leave you feeling more relaxed and happy. When you exercise , you may feel better about your appearance and have more confidence and self esteem. Number four, is exercise boosts energy. Winded by doing your every day chores and things such as shopping? Exercise and physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues, and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lungs work better you have more energy to go about your daily chores. Number five, is exercise promotes better sleep. Struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep? Regular exercise can make you fall asleep faster and promote deeper sleep Just remember if you exercise too close to bedtime you might be too energized to sleep . Only you will know if that is the case. Everyone is different. Number six is one I won’t go into , you can research it on your own, but they say it puts the spark back in your sex life. Number seven is, exercise can be fun. Exercise and physical activity can be a fun way to spend time. It gives you a chance to unwind , enjoy the outdoors , or engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can help you connect with family & friends in a fun social setting. So get out there and join a dance class, hit the hiking trails,or get into a bowling league. Just find something that interests you and get busy. The bottom line is that exercise and physical activity are a way to feel better, gain health benefits, and just have plain old fun. As a general rule, aim for at least thirty minutes a day. If you need to lose weight or meet specific needs you might need to do more. And as always check with your doctor before embarking on anything new to you. So there you have it.
