Welcome to Carol’s Corner. Hope everyone had a joyous Easter, and for people who don’t celebrate it, hope your day was joyous anyway. My picture today is taken by my dining room table, where it has some kind of fancy table setting year round. It is one of the things I really enjoy doing. I really love this whole ensemble here. The dress makes me feel super sexy even though I am totally covered. To be able to wear something so form fitting and still feel I look thin is amazing , especially when I see it in a picture. I totally over indulged today, so will have to cut back during the week and maybe up a couple workouts.

Had to use the same FitBit band as yesterday, I believe, but used a different BandCuff. Hoping to show you something unique soon that I am going to have for my tracker. It’s supposed to arrive in Monday’s mail if it comes on time and I’m praying it fits, because I hope to be able to wear it for a wedding with this super sexy black dress that I am wearing to it.

For this issue I have decided to give you information on chair workouts for people who are having limited mobility, be it temporary or something more. I will provide you links with a short description. This first one is for a 11 minute cardio chair workout from Sparks People. This is what it says about it and starts with the following questions. Do you sit at a desk all day? Are you confined to a chair? Do you struggle with mobility issues? Then this workout is for you. This short and simple cardio workout will elevate your heart rate to burn calories and fat in just minutes.

Whether your living with limited mobility, nursing an injury , dealing with complications related to Diabetes, or simply looking for a gentler workout, there is something here for you. You will find a collection of safe and effective workout videos that can be done from a chair. You can tone up and burn calories while you sit. You can click on any number of videos right on the page.

Have fun exploring a new and different way to get exercise in, either when you are nursing an illness or injury, need to have more choices if you aren’t up to walking on any given day, or just want to try something new.
