Welcome to issue # 86 here at Carol’s Corner. For me the last 24 hours have been a whirlwind of activity and emotions. It has seen the second piece in my journey to help people achieve their weight loss, as well as their health and fitness goals, come to life right before my eyes. The launch of Carol’s Inspiration Station was successful beyond my wildest dreams . In a mere 24 hours we are already 118 members strong. My FitBit combo for the above outfit. Everyone seems to love this polka dotted one. For some cool wrist interest, I paired it with two distinctively different bracelets for a rather unique look.

Next up, the dark gray BandCuff and this set of 10 mini ones . I bought these specifically for a couple of the colors. As you can see from the picture, two of the mini ones approximately equals the size of a larger one. Mix and match with the bands for a variety of looks.

For the next segment I’m going to tell you about two new workouts I just received in the mail. Don’t know which one, but I will be doing one of these workouts before I hit the sack. Let’s start with Leslie. This is from The Walk Away The Pounds , Power Series, Walk And Jog Workout. This was produced in 2004. Run time is about 33 minutes. I’m sure you guessed it. This is a workout utilizing Interval Training. This is of the best ways to rev up your metabolism and burn fat. Interval training adds short bursts of intensity ( or light jogging) along with your brisk walk for a high calorie and fat burning walk. The results will be a slimmer, firmer, more energized you. Next we have Denise Austin’s Fat-Burning Dance Mix,containing 4 fun dance routines, consisting of Latin Groove, Jazz and Pop, Club Funk , and Ballet Sculpt. Start with a 5 minute warm up, then 10 minute sessions with the first three dance styles, followed by a 15 minute Ballet Sculpt and ending with a 5 minute cool down. You’ll feel energized ,toned , and fit all day long. I’d like to leave you with this food for thought.
